Use of Dailora

Dailora helps you organize tasks, habits, focus sessions, rewards, and progress. It is not medical, mental health, financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the app.

Accounts

You need an account to use Dailora. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person or register usernames that violate the rights of others.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or exploit the app or backend systems.
• Do not manipulate rewards, purchases, ads, or account data in unauthorized ways.
• Do not use Dailora for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not submit malicious, infringing, misleading, or harmful content through tasks, usernames, support requests, or other user-controlled fields.

Virtual items and rewards

Dailora may include progress, gold, gems, titles, inventory, challenge tickets, boosts, and other virtual rewards. These items are licensed for use inside Dailora only. They have no cash value, are not property, are not transferable, and may be adjusted, limited, reset, or removed as the product evolves or if abuse is detected.

Purchases

Gem packs are optional consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple or Google. Purchase availability, taxes, refunds, and payment handling are controlled by the relevant store. If a verified purchase does not grant gems, contact support.

You are also subject to the applicable App Store or Google Play terms. We may withhold, reverse, or adjust virtual items where a purchase is refunded, reversed, duplicated, fraudulent, or not successfully verified.

Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads are optional. Rewards may depend on eligibility, ad completion, server verification, limits, network availability, and anti-abuse checks.

Beta, review, and availability

Some builds, features, rewards, pricing, or store availability may be in testing, review, or gradual rollout. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and some features may vary by platform, region, account status, app version, or store configuration.

Changes and availability

We may update Dailora, change features, adjust rewards, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep important support and policy information available through this website.

Account suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, abuses purchases or ads, threatens service integrity, or creates legal or security risk. You may delete your account from the app or by contacting support if you cannot access the app.

Privacy

Limitation of liability

Dailora is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sunshing Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

No warranties

Dailora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the app will meet every expectation, be error-free, or always be available.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Dailora changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
