This Privacy Policy explains how SUNSHING NETWORK PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Dailora and the website at dailora.xyz. Dailora is a daily quest planner that uses cloud account features, progress data, optional advertising, local notifications, and optional in-app purchases.

Information we collect

  • Account information, such as email address, Firebase user ID, display name, username, and sign-in provider.
  • Productivity and progress data, such as active tasks, custom tasks, completed and failed task history, streaks, levels, skills, inventory, achievements, dungeon or challenge progress, rewards, and settings.
  • Purchase and reward records, such as gem product IDs, purchase verification status, ad reward attempts, reward timing, and grant status.
  • Technical data, such as app version, device model, operating system, crash reports, diagnostics, analytics events, abuse-prevention signals, and Remote Config values needed for app behavior.
  • Notification preferences, language preference, theme settings, and local reminder settings.
  • Support information you send to us, such as your message, account email, platform, receipt or order information, screenshots, and troubleshooting details.

How we use information

  • To create and secure your Dailora account.
  • To sync tasks, profile state, inventory, challenge progress, and app settings.
  • To provide optional rewarded ads and verify reward eligibility.
  • To verify in-app purchases and grant consumable gems.
  • To operate promo codes, account deletion requests, anti-abuse checks, and service integrity controls.
  • To monitor app reliability, diagnose crashes, and improve product quality.
  • To provide support and respond to deletion or purchase-help requests.

Services used

Dailora uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Remote Config, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, and Apple in-app purchase systems. Store payments are processed by Apple or Google.

Advertising

Dailora may show app-open ads and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional. AdMob and related Google services may process device, advertising, and interaction data according to their own policies.

Purchases

Gem packs are consumable in-app purchases. Apple or Google processes payment details. Dailora receives store verification information, product identifiers, transaction identifiers or hashed purchase tokens, and records purchase status so gems can be granted after verification and duplicate claims can be prevented.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers when needed to operate Dailora, including Firebase, Google services, Apple, Google Play purchase systems, and support tools we use to respond to user requests. We may also disclose information if required by law, store policy, fraud prevention, security, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

Retention

We keep account and app data while your account is active or as needed to provide Dailora. Deletion requests are processed according to the account deletion section below. Some records, such as purchase verification, refund, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, and legal compliance records, may be retained for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Security

We use Firebase security controls, authentication, Firestore access rules, server-side purchase verification, and operational safeguards designed to protect user data. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.

International processing

Dailora uses cloud service providers that may process information in countries or regions different from where you live. By using Dailora, you understand that information may be processed where our service providers operate.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion in the app from Settings, Manage Account, Delete Account. You can also contact support@sunshingnetwork.com if you cannot access the app. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, financial, legal, or store compliance purposes.

Your choices and rights

  • You can update account and app settings in Dailora where available.
  • You can disable notifications through the app or device settings.
  • You can choose whether to watch rewarded ads.
  • You can request account deletion through the app or by contacting support.
  • Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or request a copy of certain personal information.

Children

Dailora is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to Dailora, contact support so we can review the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Dailora changes. The "Last updated" date shows when the current version took effect.
