Dailora provides an in-app account deletion flow and a support fallback when you cannot access the app.
In-app deletion
Open Settings, choose Manage Account, then Delete Account. The server-side workflow removes your auth account, profile, username reservation if one exists, and user-owned app data.
Retained records
Some purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, or legal records may be retained when required.
Support fallback
If you cannot open Dailora, email support with the account email and platform. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
