Dailora offers optional consumable gem packs and optional rewarded ads. This page explains what to do if something does not arrive as expected.

Gem packs

Gem packs are consumable in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Dailora verifies the purchase and grants gems after server-side validation. Dailora does not collect payment card details.

Missing gems after purchase

Contact support@sunshingnetwork.com with your account email, platform, product, approximate purchase time, and store receipt or order ID. Do not send payment card details.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play according to their policies. If a refund is issued, related in-app purchase benefits may be adjusted, reversed, or withheld.

Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads are optional and may depend on ad availability, completion, server verification, cooldowns, and daily limits. If a completed ad did not grant a reward, contact support with the approximate time and device platform.
