Account and identity
Dailora uses account data such as email, username, display name, user ID, and sign-in provider to authenticate you and sync your app data.
App activity and content
Dailora stores app activity such as tasks, custom tasks, task history, progress, rewards, challenge sessions, inventory, settings, achievements, and usernames so the app can work across sessions.
Diagnostics and analytics
Dailora uses analytics and crash diagnostics to understand feature usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Advertising and purchases
Dailora may use Google AdMob for ads, including optional rewarded ads. Dailora also records purchase verification data for consumable gem packs processed by Apple or Google. Payment card details are handled by the relevant app store and are not collected by Dailora.
Data linked to you
Account, progress, purchase, reward, and support data may be linked to your Dailora account. Some analytics and diagnostics may also be associated with account or device identifiers.
Data shared with service providers
Data may be processed by Firebase, Google services, AdMob, Apple, Google Play, and support providers when needed to authenticate users, store app data, verify purchases, deliver ads, diagnose crashes, or respond to requests. We do not sell personal information.
Security practices
Dailora uses authenticated access, Firestore security rules, server-side verification for purchases and ad rewards, and provider security controls. Data is protected in transit where supported by our service providers.
Deletion controls
You can request deletion in the app from Settings, Manage Account, Delete Account, or by contacting support@sunshingnetwork.com. Some security, fraud-prevention, purchase, refund, tax, legal, or compliance records may be retained when required.
