Account Deletion

Dailora provides an in-app account deletion path and a support fallback for users who cannot access the app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Dailora.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Manage Account.
- Choose Delete Account Permanently.
- Confirm the deletion flow. Email/password users may need to re-enter their password.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@sunshingnetwork.com from the email address associated with your Dailora account. Include "Dailora account deletion request" in the subject.
Data deleted
In-app account deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account, account profile, username reservation if one exists, active challenge session, and user-owned app data stored under your account, including active tasks, custom tasks, task history, progress, inventory, achievements, ad reward state, purchase grants, and challenge progress.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, financial reporting, purchase verification, refunds, legal compliance, tax, accounting, or app store policy requirements. Purchase verification and similar compliance records are marked as belonging to a deleted account and are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
Processing time
In-app deletion begins immediately and is processed by Dailora's server-side deletion workflow. Support-assisted requests may require identity verification and manual handling. We aim to respond to support-assisted deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification.
